WITHDRAWALS:  If you are requesting to have money withdrawn from your account you must do this by 12:00 (noon) in order to have your check that same day, it can be either picked up or mailed. If you are requesting a check to be brought to Duquesne University on Tuesday or Thursday the request must be made on Monday or Wednesday before noon to have it at the Duquesne Office. If you request money to be withdrawn from your account through the IVR System it will be mailed to your home address.

Membership
Accounts are opened with an initial deposit of $5.00 in Shares plus a Membership Fee of 25 cents and a copy of a photo ID. If not going on Payroll Deduction you must open the account with $50.25.  Members are required to maintain a $50.00 balance in their Share Account to keep it active. Membership is open to all employees, spouses, dependents and blood relatives.
Payroll Deductions
Available for all Share Accounts and loan payments through affiliated Credit Union companies. This is a convenient way to WATCH YOUR SAVINGS GROW and ensures timely loan payments.
Direct Deposits
Available for all Share Accounts (excluding loan payments) from your employer, or as an ACH deposit from your personal banking establishment.
Closing Accounts
Should you close your account within 90 days you will be charged a $10.00 fee.
